How to Take Your Measurements
This guide will walk you step by step through taking accurate measurements for your garment.
Please double-check all measurements before sending them. I cannot be responsible for items that do not fit due to incorrect measurements.
Important
Measure your body without pulling the tape tight. Keep it comfortably loose and flat against your skin. If you tighten the tape, your corset may end up too small.
Please note: the corset is designed to be slightly smaller than your body measurements by default.
What Should You Wear?
Wear an unpadded bra while measuring. This supports your bust naturally and ensures the most accurate fit.
All measurements should be taken directly on your skin or over very thin clothing.
Please remember to enter your measurements when selecting your item.
If you need more time, you may submit them later using the contact form below.
Ready? Let’s begin.
All you need is a soft measuring tape.
CORSETS
1. Bust, Underbust & Waist
Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your chest while wearing an unpadded bra (at nipple level).
Natural Waist: This is the point where your body naturally creases when you bend side to side.
Lean slightly from one side to the other and locate the crease between your ribcage and hip bone — that is your waist.
To make the next steps easier, tie a ribbon, string, or elastic around:
- Your bust line
- Your natural waist
This will help you keep consistent measurement points.
2. Apex to Natural Waist (Side Length)
From the same point where you measured your bust (apex level), measure straight down along your body to your natural waist.
Make sure you are measuring from the exact same points used for your bust and waist measurements.
3. Front Length
Starting from where you would like your neckline to sit, measure down to where you want the “V” point of your corset to end.
HARNESSES
For harnesses, please provide the length of each strap required.
For example:
- Neck circumference
- Waist circumference
- Desired strap lengths (vertical or horizontal depending on design)
If you are unsure which measurements are needed for your specific harness, feel free to reach out.
